This policy describes how data collected through Qlarity is processed: post-demo form, URL trial (network preview), confirmation emails, and where relevant payment for report access. It applies to the online audit service, not the techniconcept.ch website.
techniConcept Sàrl, Rue de l'Ancien Comté 33, 1635 La Tour-de-Trême. Contact: solutions@techniconcept.ch.
Handle your follow-up request after a demo, provide a bounded network preview for a URL you submit, send an audit summary, B2B sales follow-up, process an optional payment for report access, and improve Qlarity.
Identity (name), email, optional organisation and message, optional commercial interests (website redesign, other services), audit context (report id, analysed domain), chosen language, timestamp, truncated browser agent. For the URL trial: submitted URL, IP address (abuse limiting), timestamp and short-lived technical job result (contacted hosts, cookie names and browser storage keys without values). For paid report access: payment transaction data handled by Stripe (techniConcept does not store card numbers).
Consent (checkboxes) and techniConcept legitimate interest for B2B follow-up after a demo. Contract performance for paid report access. Legitimate interest / technical measure for the URL trial (abuse prevention).
Authorised techniConcept staff; Vercel (application hosting, technical processing of requests, outside Switzerland); Notion (storage of requests when the service runs on Vercel); Pipedrive (CRM, contact record and note with the prospect email content, outside Switzerland); local JSONL file on instances with a writable disk (development or hosting with local storage); Infomaniak (Switzerland) for SMTP email delivery when configured and, depending on deployment, for the network trial; Stripe for report-access payments. Google is used only for internal techniConcept team authentication, not to store your leads.
Personal data is subject to transfer abroad (United States) via Vercel (application hosting), Notion (lead storage) and Pipedrive (CRM). Leads are not stored durably on Vercel: the request is processed for the duration of handling, then saved in Notion or in a local JSONL file, and synchronised to Pipedrive when configured. These providers are covered by contractual clauses / DPA (safeguards). Stripe also processes payment abroad under similar contractual safeguards. Infomaniak (SMTP email, and possibly the network trial) remains in Switzerland.
24 months retention for non-converted requests, then deletion or anonymisation. URL trial jobs: short in-memory retention (about 15 minutes), with no resale and no dedicated leads file.
